MoveInsure might receive an email confirmation whenever you open an email sent from MoveInsure. We will respond to any requests for access to personal information within 30 days.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may not assign or transfer this Privacy Notice. MoveInsure reserves the right to assign or transfer any and all of its rights herein without restriction or notification to you, including the information collected from you and our users in case MoveInsure will merge or acquire or sell or change its control with a third party entity. In such case, the information transferred will remain subject to the terms and conditions set forth in any pre-existing Privacy Policy. In the unlikely circumstances of receivership, bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization or assignment for the benefit of creditors, MoveInsure may not be able to control your Personal Information.
